STEPS TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO BE HEALTHY 

 Drink more water: Water is essential for our body to function, that is the reason why we are not suppose to joke with water. once you wake up in the morning before going to the toilet, you are meant to take a sachet of water. Since we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake.
  •  Get enough sleep: when you rest well, you will think well. Lack of sleep causes premature aging, and you will not want that to happen to you. If you have trouble sleeping, try relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga. meditation quietens your mind and calms your soul, Or eat a small bedtime snack of foods shown to help shift the body and mind into sleep mode


  •  Exercise daily: Movement is life,and what keep life going is exercise. daily exercise can reduce all of the biomarkers of aging. This includes improving eyesight, normalizing blood pressure, improving lean muscle, lowering cholesterol and  improving bone density
  • Think positive and focus on gratitude : positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health. Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive.    
  • Eat more vegetables:vegetable provides health benefits, people who eat more vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.
